Amrita Param was born in Australia, lived for a number of years in London and now offers her services globally. Her travels through Central, South and North America on a journey of healing and self-discovery were pivotal in shaping her path as a Yogi, Healer and Coach – through which she came to understand that all experiences, challenges and emotions are teachers, that nothing is ‘good’ or ‘bad’ and to find gratitude even in the darkness.
Amrita Param is registered with Yoga Alliance, certified in Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan (under Guru Dass Khalsa, Rachel Sat Siri Dougherty, and Sat Purkh Kaur Khalsa), Tantra Yoga and Mindful Nutrition and Raw Nutrition. Amrita Param studied Subtle Energy Medicine at the Vibrational Healing Foundation in London and undertook Breathwork Facilitator Training at Las Piramides del Ka in Guatemala. In Nepal, she received a professional Sound Healing certification from 3rd Generation Singing Bowl Grand Master Healer, Shree Krishna Shai, and is currently mentoring under Gong Master Sanjay Hall. Amrita Param has a lifelong passion for holistic living and a commitment to ongoing education, her work focuses on providing her clients with empowering tools to take an active role in their healing.
Amrita Param’s training continues – she is studying a B.S./M.S. in Holistic Nutrition with The University of Natural Health.
