Tantra Yoga

Tantra is a Sanskrit word meaning “an instrument (tra) for expansion (tan)”.

Tantra yoga encourages us to go within, to feel into our bodies and to become the witness of our thoughts and emotions throughout the practice. Tantra Yoga works through a series of Dosha balancing asanas, designed to release trapped Emotions and bring our Subtle Energy systems back into Harmony, freeing our Consciousness from limitations.

Join Amrita Param for a unique experience as she combines Tantra Yoga with her deep love of Bhakti Yoga, weaving live music and mantra throughout the practice with the aid of her beloved Harmonium.
